1. Parties and project documents
The provider is Noble Cloud Solutions LLC, Bothell, Washington, United States ("Noble"). The client is the person or business identified in the signed order. These service terms, the completed project order, and the cancellation policy supplied with that order form the agreement when both parties sign. Reading this page or submitting a contact inquiry does not create a service contract.
2. Defined deliverables
The project order identifies the package, exact page or product counts, source materials, supported integrations, AI knowledge sources, training, exclusions, milestones, acceptance criteria, and launch date. A package is a starting scope; any substitutions are documented before purchase. There are two consolidated revision rounds per agreed deliverable unless the order provides more. Additional work requires a written change order stating the price and schedule impact.
3. Price and payment authorization
All quoted prices are in U.S. dollars. The order states the project total, applicable taxes, approved outside costs, and the amount and due date of each payment. Payment milestones are agreed individually; no default full-upfront charge is implied. Noble uses a secure payment provider and does not request full card numbers or security codes through email or website inquiry forms. Each charge requires authorization for its stated amount. Separate express consent is required for recurring charges, with the amount, frequency, next charge date, and cancellation method disclosed.
4. Client participation and schedule
The client supplies accurate content, lawful permissions, account access through secure methods, and timely decisions. Dates are confirmed in the order and adjusted in writing for material changes or client delays. An estimated 3–12-week package timeline is not a substitute for a specific delivery schedule. Delays do not authorize undisclosed charges or eliminate cancellation rights. Neither party treats silence as approval of a milestone.
5. Review, acceptance, and corrections
Noble provides each milestone for review against written acceptance criteria. The client may approve it or identify specific deficiencies. Noble corrects work that does not meet the agreed scope without treating the correction as a paid expansion. Approval is recorded in writing; payment alone does not waive claims about defects or non-delivery. Launch requires client approval.
6. Professional service and realistic results
Noble will perform the agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Sales, profits, traffic, search rankings, and merchant-account approval are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms can change or experience outages; Noble remains responsible for its own agreed work. AI output can be inaccurate and requires appropriate human review. AI tools are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. Client confidential or personal information will not be placed in an AI system without agreement on the purpose and provider.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The Cancellation & Refund Policy supplied with the signed order is incorporated into this agreement. It provides a three-business-day full refund, later cancellation based on documented completed work, recurring-service cancellation, and refund timing. Email notice to tony@noblecloudsolutions.com is sufficient under Noble’s policy; a phone call is not required. Mandatory federal and applicable state rights remain intact. Noble does not prohibit lawful chargebacks or impose an automatic fee for disputing a charge.
8. Ownership and permitted use
The client retains ownership of its supplied materials and represents that it has permission to use them. On full payment for the relevant deliverable, Noble assigns its transferable rights in custom final deliverables identified in the order to the client. Noble retains preexisting tools, reusable templates, methods, and general know-how, while granting a perpetual, nonexclusive license to embedded Noble materials needed to use and modify the paid deliverable. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, platforms, and AI-generated elements remain subject to applicable licenses and available rights. The order identifies source-file handoff and ongoing platform dependencies. Portfolio use requires client permission.
9. Support and outside providers
Thirty days of launch support covers defects in delivered work, beginning on the approved launch or handoff date stated in the order. New functionality, ongoing content, and continued platform or AI usage are separately scoped. There is no promise of unlimited or lifetime support. Monthly service requires a separate agreement specifying coverage, response expectations, usage limits, costs, and human escalation. Third-party purchases require approval and are itemized.
10. Confidentiality and access
Each party uses the other’s nonpublic information only to perform the project, limits access to people who need it, and uses reasonable safeguards. Legally required disclosures and information already public through no breach are exceptions. Noble returns or removes client access and project data at handoff or termination as agreed, subject to records reasonably needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Client-owned accounts remain under client control wherever practical.
11. Problems, governing law, and mandatory protections
Contact Noble promptly with a service or billing concern so the parties can seek a practical resolution. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, exclusive Washington venue, or blanket waiver of liability is imposed by these terms. Washington law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections of the client’s applicable state or federal law. This agreement does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Entire agreement and changes
The signed project order, these terms, the supplied policy, and signed change orders contain the agreement. Record material sales promises in the order before signing. A website update does not amend an existing engagement; changes require both parties’ written agreement. Statutory rights and claims concerning misrepresentation are preserved. Electronic signatures and copies may be used.

Cancellation policy included with each order
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to digital services purchased from Noble Cloud Solutions LLC, based in Bothell, Washington, by customers throughout the United States. Effective October 9, 2026. It is included in new client agreements and does not retroactively change an existing signed agreement.
2. Three-business-day full refund
You may cancel a new project for any reason and receive a full refund of all project payments made to Noble by sending notice before 11:59 p.m. in your local time zone on the third business day after the latest of: signing your agreement, receiving a copy of the agreement and written order confirmation, or making your initial payment. The triggering day is not counted. For this voluntary policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
There are no work, processing-fee, or third-party-cost deductions from this full refund, even if you requested an early start. We normally schedule substantive work and third-party purchases after this window.
3. How to cancel
Email tony@noblecloudsolutions.com with your name, project or invoice reference if available, and a clear statement that you want to cancel. No special wording, phone call, or conversation with a representative is required. Notice is effective when sent to that address; keep a copy. We will acknowledge it within two business days. A delayed acknowledgment does not affect your cancellation date. Other notice methods available under applicable law remain available.
4. Cancellation after the full-refund window
You may still cancel by email. We stop new work and avoid new third-party commitments after notice. We refund payments exceeding the value of documented work completed before cancellation and client-approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs already incurred. Work is valued using the milestone allocation or hourly rates and caps agreed in writing before work began; partially completed milestones are prorated to documented progress. No arbitrary cancellation penalty or charge for unperformed future work applies. If no valuation method was agreed, we will not invent a rate after cancellation and will seek a documented resolution with you.
We provide an itemized accounting. Total retained amounts and any balance due may not exceed the agreed project price plus separately authorized costs. Deposits are advance payments credited toward services, not automatically nonrefundable fees. Completed work must conform to the agreed scope; this policy does not excuse defective or undelivered work.
5. Delivery problems or cancellation by Noble
If work materially fails to meet the signed scope, notify us and we will propose a correction within ten business days, or sooner if applicable law requires. You do not have to delay exercising a legal remedy. If we cannot deliver agreed work or end the engagement, we refund the unearned portion and provide paid, usable deliverables. Any refund required by law or resulting from material breach takes priority over ordinary cancellation deductions.
6. Monthly services
Monthly care, hosting management, content, and AI services require a separate authorization stating the amount, frequency, start date, included usage, and renewal terms. A project purchase does not authorize recurring charges. You may cancel a month-to-month plan by email at any time before the next renewal; no further renewal charge will be made. Unless you request an earlier end, service continues through the paid period. The current period is normally not prorated for a change of mind, but unused prepaid future periods are refunded. Billing errors, non-delivery, and applicable legal refund rights are exceptions. We do not impose an undisclosed minimum term or early termination fee.
7. Refund timing and method
For a timely three-business-day cancellation, we initiate the full refund within ten business days after notice. For other cancellations, we send the itemized accounting and initiate any undisputed refund within ten business days after notice; a disputed portion does not delay an undisputed refund. Shorter legally required deadlines control. Refunds go to the original payment method, including the respective original methods when payments were split. Bank posting time varies. We do not substitute store credit without your consent.
8. Third-party accounts and handoff
Subscriptions you buy directly from another provider follow that provider’s terms; canceling Noble’s services does not automatically cancel those accounts. Outside the full-refund window, costs Noble incurs for you are deductible only if separately approved and genuinely nonrecoverable, and we pass along recovered refunds. After settling amounts properly due, we provide paid deliverables and agreed access. Your preexisting materials and client-owned accounts remain yours.
9. Your rights remain intact
This is Noble’s contractual policy, not a claim that every sale has the same statutory cancellation period. Federal and applicable state laws may provide additional rights, different deadlines, or required notices based on your location and how a sale occurred. Those rights control wherever more protective. Nothing here waives rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, card disputes, consumer complaints, or other legal remedies. Contacting us can help resolve an issue, but is not a prerequisite to exercising those rights.
We provide any transaction-specific cancellation notices required by applicable law separately with the order confirmation. If a signed agreement gives you more favorable cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply. Later website changes do not reduce rights under an existing agreement.
